Prepare for Demonstration

  1. 2018/12/22(Sat), 2018/12/23(Sun)いずれか、もしくは両日展示も可能です。が、展示応募者により希望が叶わない場合もあります。
     Please choose the date either 2018/12/22(Sat) or 2018/12/23(Sun). Or, you may demonstrate both date if there is availability.
  2. Yorozu Lightning Talk(5-min presentation and Q&A)の時間もご用意する予定です。
     There will also be the slot for Yorozu Lightning Talk(5-min presentation and Q&A).
• 主催側で準備するもの
  Facilities
  • 机（1,800mm幅）と24インチディスプレイ、電源を提供します
    Provide one 24-inch display, power supply(100V) and 6ft wide desk
• Lightning Talk(12/23) presentation - 4~5min.
  • 12/23にYorozu展示者向けのLTタイムがあります。希望される方は、フォームのLTを希望する　をチェックしてください。
    If you would like to have a LT for demo, please tick "Lightning Talks" on the google form.

Requirements

1. 当日にデモンストレーション可能なこと
   Demonstrate your tool is required on the day.
   1. 会場までの旅費、宿泊については展示者でご用意ください。
      Please owe your travel expenses on your own.
   2. 展示するツールは公開されており、誰にでも利用可能であること。
      Demonstrated tool must be open to the public.
   3. OSSである必要はありません。
      It is not necessarily OSS.
2. 展示者は、ツールの作成者又はコミッターであること。
   Demonstrator must be its creator or committer.
3. 展示者の所属企業の宣伝目的ではないこと。
   Purpose of sales promotion for the demonstrator's company is prohibited.
   • あくまで自作ツールの展示ということでご理解ください。
     This is the opportunity only for demonstration of their self-made tool.
4. ツールが日本の法令を遵守していること
   Tools are required to be observed law in Japan.
   • 例えば無線ハッキングツールのデモでは電波法に抵触する可能性がある、など。海外ではOKでも日本では法令違反になる場合があります。判断ができない場合は、レビューボードの一存で展示の可否を判断致します。
     For instance, wireless hacking tools may conflict with Radio Act law in Japan. If it is hard to judge, propriety of demonstration will be judged by review board.

Selection

応募者が多数の場合はレビューボードによる評価を行い、展示者を決めさせて頂きます。 評価については、以下の観点で行います。
In the event that large number of applications, demonstrator will be evaluated and selected by review board. The evaluation viewpoints are as below.

1. ポテンシャル
   Potential
   • まだまだ知られていないが、よいツールの周知の場としていきたいから
     It is unfamiliar yet but we want this event for good tools to be expanded.
2. コミュニティの活発さと人気
   Activity and popularity of the community.
   • コミュニティを広げる場ともしていきたいから
     To enlarge the community.
3. エッジの効き方
   The cutting edge.
   • こんなツールは見たことない、というのも是非展示して欲しい
     Its novelty, the tools that is never seen before.

Process for demonstration

1. Google Form(https://goo.gl/forms/UJfN6yQGrw1gggqD3)の必要事項を記入してお送り下さい。
   Please fill out the required fields and submit by Google Form.
2. 展示応募者が多数の場合、レビューボードによる審査の上,展示者を決定させて頂きます。ただし、法令違反に繋がるようなツールである場合については、レビューボードが展示の可否を判断させて頂きます。
   In case of large number of applications, demonstrator will be evaluated and selected by review board. If the tools contain of law violation, review board judge whether allowed or not to be demonstrated.
3. 展示の可否については、2018/12/14までにご連絡を差し上げます。
   We will notify by 2018/12/14 whether you will be able to demonstrate or not.
4. 当日は会場受付にお越しください。
   Please come to the reception counter at the venue on the day.

Reception

12/23(日）の夕方に、SECCON CTF参加者、実行委員、スタッフ、スポンサー企業の方々のみ参加可能な懇親会があります。YOROZUの展示者はこちらにご参加頂けます。
The reception party will be held on the evening of Dec. 23rd.
The participants are limited to SECCON CTF players, SECCON staff, corporate sponsor companies and YOROZU demonstrator.
